Yr11 Tutor Evening

Dear Parents/Carers

I am writing to inform you that our Year 11 Tutor Evening will take place on Thursday 7th October 2021 between 4pm and 7pm.

This event will allow you to meet your child’s tutor and discuss the year ahead at Hans Price Academy. You will receive your child’s current predicted grades, based on the PPE (pre-public exams) that they took in July of this year, as well as details of their achievements this term, their attendance, punctuality and conduct. We are also eager to discuss the upcoming PPEs in November and the best way for your child to prepare.

You can make an appointment with your child’s tutor using our online booking system, School Cloud. A simple instruction leaflet is available on the school’s website with instructions on logging in. You can access School Cloud from any internet-connected device, such as a phone or tablet. You do not need to download an app.

Mr Hooper, the raising standards leader for Year 11, will be available on the evening and holding talks at 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm, on the subject of how to best support your child with their work in Year 11.
