At Hans Price we recognise that the transition from Year 6 to Year 7 is a challenging, exciting time for young people and work hard to support all of our incoming students.
Our Induction Day is an opportunity for students to begin to feel part of the Hans Price community – our teaching staff will plan and deliver outstanding lesson experiences. Students typically leave at the end of the day feeling like they wish it was September already!
The Academy’s admission arrangements for Year 7 new intake are in conjunction with the North Somerset Co-ordinated Admission Scheme for new intake secondary admissions for 2025-26.
New Intake applications can be made online or on paper and should be submitted to your home council. If you live in North Somerset you should apply to:
