Year 8 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 4th May
Dear Parent/Carer,
I am writing to inform you that our Year 8 Parents’ Evening will take place at the Academy ‘in person’ on Thursday 4th May between 4.15pm and 7.15pm.
How to book an appointment
Please visit https://hanspriceacademy.schoolcloud.co.uk/ to book your appointments. The booking system will open at 9am on Monday 24th April until 3:30pm on Thursday 4th May.

You will need to log in with the following information:
- Your name & contact email
- Your child’s name & date of birth
All of these details will need to match the details we have for you and your child in our Data Management system (SIMS), so if your login fails in the first instance, please check your SIMS Parent App contact details section. Initial login difficulties are sometimes associated with legal names and preferred names (for example, Eleanor versus Ellie).
If you do not have the SIMS parent app, please email [email protected] to request an activation code. By registering for the app, you will also be able to view your child’s latest progress report, as well as make any changes to your data such as updating your contact details, or any medical / dietary needs for your child.
Where teachers have multiple classes, appointment booking may be limited. However, you will receive a “Progress Report” which will give you an overview of your child’s progress in each subject, as well as their overall attendance, homework completion and conduct.
