Year 11 Prom 2024
Dear Parent/Carer,
We are delighted to provide you with details of the ‘Class of 2024 Prom’.
Date: Wednesday 3rd July 2024
Time: Arrive from 7.00pm – until 11.15pm
Venue: Batch Country House, Batch Lane, WSM, BS24 0EX
Cost: £40
To secure your child’s place, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required by Friday 29th March. This needs to be paid for via the Academy’s online payment system, Scopay, which can be found on the HPA website in the ‘about us’ tab under ‘online payments’. The full total of £40 must be paid by 31st May at the latest.
Please see suggested instalment schedules below:
- Deposit £20 – paid by the Friday 29th March 2024
- 1st instalment £10 – paid by the Monday 29th April 2024
- Final instalment £10 – paid by Friday 31st May 2024
Please ensure that the ‘permission slip’ box is ticked in Scopay to confirm that you are happy for your son/daughter to attend the event and to be photographed on arrival at The Batch Country House.
There will be a photographer available on the night taking professional photographs which students will be able to order and purchase on the night. There is also a bar where soft drinks can be purchased.
Attendance at prom is a privilege and students are expected to maintain high behavioural standards and attendance throughout the year to attend. Students and parents will be notified individually if we have any concerns which could lead to this privilege being removed.
Prom is an amazing opportunity for us to come together and celebrate the students’ achievements and graduating Year 11. What a way to finish a challenging year and have your last experience with the year group. Don’t miss out!
