Year 11 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 9th December
Dear Parent/Carer,
I am writing to inform you that our Year 11 Parents’ Evening will take place online, via School Cloud, on Thursday 9th December between
The students have recently completed their PPE exams and will be receiving their results in time for Parents Evening. This event will allow you to meet virtually with your child’s subject teachers and discuss the progress they have made and next steps in order to prepare for their final GCSE exams in May.
How to book your appointments
Appointments can be made from 1:30pm on Thursday 2nd December, one week in advance of Parents Evening, and will close on Thursday 9th December at 3:30pm. You will be able to book a single, 5 with your child’s subject teachers which will take place online, via the School Cloud parents’ evening platform.

You will need to log in with the following information:
- Your name & contact email
- Your child’s name & date of birth
All of these details will need to match the details we have for you and your child in our Data Management system (SIMS), so if your login fails in the first instance, please check your SIMS Parent App contact details section. Initial login difficulties are usually limited to those associated with legal names and preferred names (for example, Eleanor versus Ellie).
