Year 11 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 30th November

Dear Parent/Carer,

Our Year 11 Parents’ Evening will take place on Thursday 30th November between

The students have recently completed their PPE exams and will be receiving their results in time for Parents Evening. This event will allow you to meet with your child’s subject teachers, discuss the progress they have made and the next steps to prepare them for their final GCSE exams in May.

How do I make an appointment?

Please visit https://hanspriceacademy.schoolcloud.co.uk/ to book your appointment, you do not need to download an app. Appointments can be made from 9th November 2023 at midday and will close on Thursday 30th November at 1.00pm. You will be able to book a 6 with each of your child’s subject teachers which will take place in the Main Hall and nearby classrooms.

You will need the following information to login:

  • Your name
  • Your contact email
  • Your child’s name
  • Your child’s date of birth

All of these details will need to match what we hold on your Bromcom parent profile. Should you experience any difficulty signing in, please contact a member of the reception team who will be able to ensure the information being entered matches what we hold.

Post 16 Application Support

We encourage all students to make at least 2 Post-16 applications by Christmas. If you need support applying for college courses our Careers Advisor, Mrs Fielding will be available during the evening as well as representatives from local Post-16 providers, where you can seek guidance on choosing the right course, qualifications needed and course levels. Our IT facilities will be available in LS3 for families to complete online applications with the support of a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

If you have any queries about Parents’ Evening, please do not hesitate to contact your tutor in the first instance. Your support is important to us and we really look forward to speaking with you.

Yours Sincerely,

Miss Charli Dale
