Year 10 – Four Minutes and Twelve Seconds Production

Dear Parent Carers,

We are excited to inform you that we have a Production Company coming into school on Tuesday 3rd May to put on a theatre show called Four Minutes and Twelve Seconds for Year 10.

Watching this play will support your child in the study of An Inspector Calls, the play they are studying for their GCSE English Literature exams next year. They will have the opportunity to talk to the director and actors afterwards and gain an understanding of how theatre works, which will enhance their studies. In addition, issues raised in Four Minutes Twelve Seconds are at the centre of much public, government and media interest in 2022 and this is a brilliant opportunity for our students to engage in creative and thought-provoking ways. Issues raised include: sexting, cyber-bullying and consent.
