Dear Parent/Carer,
Swim Gala – Tuesday 25th April
The annual Hans Price Academy Swimming Gala will take place on Tuesday 25th April from 1pm – 3pm at Hutton Moor pool. Students in Years 8 & 9 who are not competing in the gala are going to attend to support and cheer on their Colleges.
Students will be walked from the Academy to Hutton Moor in their Colleges by PE staff. Students will be dismissed from Hutton Moor at approximately 3pm when the Swim Gala has finished. If you wish for your child to be escorted back to the Academy please ring the school office to let us know.
All students including those entitled to Free School Meals will need to purchase their lunch at breaktime.
As usual, Ready to Learn is in effect and students are expected to represent the Academy to the highest standard.
