Prom Update Letter

Dear Parent/Carer
As you hopefully are aware from our previous communications, the date for prom has been changed from 16th July to Tuesday, 20th July. All other details do remain the same but please do see below for a reminder of these.
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol South (Cadbury House): Frost Hill, Congresbury, BS49 5AD.
Timings: A sat-down dinner begins at 8pm. With good weather, we advise arrival from 7pm. Collection of students should be before midnight.
To help ease congestion of cars on pick-up for the students, we are asking that all parents/guardians collect their children from the Club carpark (on the right as you come up the drive).
A member of the Hotel’s team will be around to help direct parents and guardians on the evening.
Dress Code: Formal.
Please to remember that if a student, or any member of their household, is showing any symptoms of Covid 19 then they must not come to the Prom and should be self-isolating. Any student that has been told by the NHS that they must self-isolate as they are a close contact of someone who has tested positive must not attend the Prom. Regulations around self-isolation do not end until 16th August.
